The Business for South Africa’s Covid-19 initiative is being supported by a coalition of volunteer resources from across the South African business community, and including leading professional services firms, law firms and communication specialists.

This support is structured within an established PMO, which has the capability to coordinate activities within and between the following four foundational working groups:

  • Economic intervention - led by Martin Kingston
  • Labour market - led by Rob Legh; and
  • Communications - led by Busi Mavuso and Phumzile Langeni
  • Legal - led by Glenn Penfold

Critical support activities are being carried out for, amongst others, tax, legal, supply chain, logistics, risk, analytics and business continuity management.
